Payment

For now, if you are from Cameroon, you can pay with your mobile money wallet (Orange Money & MTN Mobile Money).

For all our international clients, other Mobile Money payments, PayPal payments and Credits Card payments (VISA & Mastercard) will soon been activated.

Process

Just open our website (on www.iam237.com) or our IAM237 mobile app. Then, select the category of the product you need, then click on the product.

When you are on the product page, select the size needed for this product, the number of products needed, then click on « add to cart ».

After that, you can directly go to the checkout page to pay for your product(s), or continue shopping and adding more and more products to your cart, until you are done and finally decide to pay for them on the checkout page.

You can easily access the checkout page at anytime by clicking on the cart (bag) icon on the top right of your screen.

Returns & Refund

Yes, of course. All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 30 days. For local deliveries (Cameroon), there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques.

You can only be refunded if you strictly follow all instructions of our Refund & Return Policy. Please, read them carefully.

Delivery & Shipment

You can choose between a home delivery (for fees), and a free local pickup onto the closest. IAM237 store from you.

The fees are:

• 2.000 FCFA for Douala.

• 5.000 FCFA for Yaoundé.

• 25.000 FCFA for African Countries.

• 35.000 FCFA for all other Countries of the World.

Depending on your our stock availability and the customizations needed, the delivery can reach out up to 3-10 days.
